Itinerary
Your choice of dates:
22nd October – 29th October 2005
1st April – 7th April 2006
21st October – 28th October 2006
DAY 1
Depart School from chosen collection point. Journey down
to Dover followed by Ferry crossing from Dover to Calais.
Overnight transfer through France to the resort of Salou.
DAY 2
Arrive in Salou - CHECK IN to the hotel and Check
out the resort of Salou, alternatively relax and enjoy
the sunshine at the hotel or beach area.
DAY 3
Today is the first big day out, here is the chance to go
on your first excursion of the week. Whether it be Barcelona,
Camp Nou, Olympic Stadium or one of the many other excursions
SEE Sports offer. This excursion day is the ideal day to take
in some of the fantastic scenes on offer along the Costa Dorauda.
DAY 4
Today is the first of your two days at your chosen sports
coaching and tournament sessions. The morning will normally
consist of a specialised coaching session, which will help
your teams to perfect their tactics as well as individual
and team skills.
The afternoon sessions will normally provide you with the
opportunity to put in to practise what you leant in the morning
coaching sessions as you take on either other schools or local
opposition in tournaments or fixtures.
DAY 5
Still not perfected that pass yet? Well don't worry this
morning session will give you another opportunity to reflect
on yesterdays afternoon games and help you to iron out those
minor ailments that are still causing those simple errors.
Once again after some lunch it is time to really put into
practise all of the skills you have learned over the last
two days, and reward yourselves and your coaches for all of
the hard work you have both put into the last few days. This
session will again provide you with the opportunity to play
either a tournament structure or fixtures against local opposition
in order to master those skills.
DAY 6
Today is the second day of excursions, once again you can
choose one of the excursions on offer from SEE Sports Tours,
although we must admit 'Port Aventura' is always a
good way to end your tour.
Are you really brave enough to face the dragon of 'Dragon
Khan?'
DAY 7
Morning departure from the resort of Salou and travel across
Spain and through France in order to catch the early morning
Ferry Crossing on Day 8
DAY 8
Once you have caught the ferry and arrive back in Dover all
that is left is transfer back to your school, and sit back
and catch up on some much needed rest whilst remembering all
of the things you did and what a great week you have just
had.
